zINDZI Mack

Drawing on her personal journey as an immigrant, Zindzi brings a unique perspective to her advocacy for our clients in Immigration Courts and federal agencies.

Originally from Cuba and raised in Jamaica, Zindzi possesses extensive experience representing Spanish-speaking clients. She regularly appears before Immigration Courts in Maryland and Virginia, as well as advocating for clients before ICE and USCIS across the DMV area. She has also appeared before United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, where she has successfully argued Garcia Cortes v. Garland, No. 22-1930 (4th Cir. 2024).

Zindzi's commitment to immigrant rights extends beyond legal representation. She has volunteered as a Child Advocate with The Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights in New York City, focusing on ensuring the safety and well-being of detained immigrant children.

Zindzi earned her Bachelor of Laws degree with Honors from the University of the West Indies and attended the Norman Manley Law School. She specializes in removal defense and family immigration cases, holding admissions to the New York State Bar and the Jamaican Bar, and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
